Whilst New Zealand is not the biggest country in the world, it still manages to pack in a lot of fantastic things to eat, see and do into a relatively small piece of earth (middle-earth that is). With this in mind, we have started to pull together some of our favourite things to do in this lovely country of ours. From some of the best tourist destinations through to some of the more extreme activities you can enjoy on your visit.
